tuesday

This weekly meme is brought to you by The Broke and The Bookish. Each week they will post a new Top Ten list. Everyone is welcome to join. All they ask is that you link back to The Broke and the Bookish on your own Top Ten Tuesday post and, if you want to, add your name to the Linky widget on that day’s posts (typically put up midnight EST on Tuesday) so that everyone can check out other bloggers lists! If you don’t have a blog, just post your answers as a comment.

  1. I am seeing more diverse representation than I have from the past in terms of course syllabuses! Thank you for sharing 🙂 I do not have 8 for back to school but I do have a top 4 for educators:

Pedagogy of the Oppressed by Paulo Freire
    Teaching Community by bell hooks
Multicultural Competency in Student Affairs by Pope et al.
    Sentipensante by Laura Rendon

  2. The Great Gatsby is the only book from your list that I read in high school. I wish we had Persepolis, though!
